CSA interview
I've had a phone call from "compliance officer" at my work. He says that letters are being returned to them from my home and even that he's visited my door and left cards for me and that I haven't contacted them? I asked the details of when the letters were sent and he couldn't tell me. Funny how I set up a payment plan a couple of... more »

This despite the legislation stating that "A child is defined as a person:... more »

Coroner hits out at 'reprehensible' Child Support Agency for hounding father who killed himself Neil Hutchinson, 33, feared bailiffs would be sent to his home in Birstall, West Yorks, and hanged himself in March as the much-criticised agency chased a £6,500 debt. Full Story [link]... more »

Property charges and seizures
Hello, just had yet another letter from the SS threatening legal action, including the ability to seize property! I live in a property with my wife, which is in joint names and am sure was once told by a solicitor I consulted that the property was untouchable. Yet here they are threatening the possibility of seizure. Does anyone know... more »
