NACSA is the leading organisation within the UK providing help in all areas of the Child Support Act and its Agency (CSA). Our remit is to provide affordable help to parents and their families who suffer the difficulties of the Child Support Act, by offering case specific support to help resolve those issues that never seemed to be addressed by the CSA.

Who Do We Help?

How Can We Help You?

  • We provide FREE general enquiry support by post or email to enquiries@nacsa.co.uk.
  • As a subscriber you gain ongoing telephone and email support directly with our experienced consultants, where you can discuss your case more specifically. We will guide you through your rights, appeals processes, the complaints procedures, as well as ensure that all assessments and arrears are accurate. If necessary you can also consider engaging in our full representation service whereby we deal with the CSA on your behalf.
  • We offer face to face consultations for both subscribers and non subscribers at affordable rates. This will allow you to meet with a consultant who will inspect all of your paperwork including your Data Protection Files which can be overwhelming to read, and establish any aspects of your case that need attention.
