C-MEC and CSA, time to shut these companies down.
When the government becomes this corupt it becomes the duty of freemen and women to resist. A form of peacfull lawful rebelion becomes a duty.
To ensure the populous have the information to do that education from those who "know" to those who don't becomes an obligation. So where do we start? Well the education comes first, your education! Let’s start with the LAW. Do you know anything about the LAW? You need to learn a little about the law and we are going to give you that very important knowledge. We are going tell you what you need to know to defeat this company, this corporation, yes you read that correctly C-MEC and CSA are companies they are NOT the LAW and they can be held at bay. You need to learn how to deal with these companies. We will show you the way, we will light the path, we will guide you and we and our fellow friends at other sites will even hold your hand to ensure you do not stray from the path but you my friend must walk the path yourself to be free of these leeches that suck your pockets to fill the treasury coffers. "How?" I hear you say? Let’s get started There are essentially two aspects of law, lawful and legal do you know the difference? These leeching companies, the legal profession, judges, courts, lawyers and the like would like you to believe that they are the same, that lawful is legal and legal is lawful but nothing could be further from the truth. They are at opposite ends of the spectrum. This legal, lawful puzzle has to be fully and completely understood by all who wish to free themselves from CSA/C-MEC slavery. This is at the heart of their awfull deception and as we progress the legal/lawful fog will clear from you mind and with new sharp comprehension of reality you will know how to defeat these companies for that is all that they are, companies specialising in removing money from you. They have absolutely nothing what so ever to do with children or child poverty, they are simply businesses set up by a corrupt government to funnel large volumes of cash into the treasury machine. Let’s start with lawful. Lawful is very simple, it goes back further than the bible, lawful is the basic rules that allow humans to live together in peace as a rough rule of thumb, don’t Kill, don’t steal, don’t commit fraud and don’t breach the peace. That’s it in a nutshell, that’s THE LAW. That is the law of the land and if you break that law the people have the lawful right to arrest you, have a trial by jury and if you’re found guilty pass a sentence on you. That’s the LAW, Often referred to as The Common Law, the LAW of the Land, the Queens law. This LAW is both lawful and legal and the people who administer this law are under a sworn Oath to uphold the LAW. Well I hear you say, “That’s nothing new, I knew that was the Law” Well what about the Child support Act 1991? Is that Law? C-MEC and CSA staff will tell you that’s the law, they take you into a court and ask a judge, magistrate, sheriff to grant a liability order, and he will, in this corrupt government system, he has no options. Is that LAW? Let’s look at the word LEGAL
To administer the LAW, The Common Law, the law of the land the monarchs of old created judges and later, much later the government made all the judges, magistrates and sheriffs as somebody who knew the Law had to deal with transgressions of those laws and here we are talking about the common law. Those judges, magistrate, sheriffs, lawyers, QC’S etc formed the Law Society, a club with its own rules even its own language, these were clever fellows so for their language they didn’t invent new words, they just changed the meaning of existing words and yes any society can legaly invent its own language and legally do as they have done change the meaning of words. For example what do you think the word “person” means? Yes, in everyday common language it refers to a human, a man a woman, someone but in the legal world the world of the Law Society it means a “persona” a legal entity, it’s not a reference to a human being at all, it’s a reference to a fictional entity, a reference to something that was created, not born of woman. Let’s move on just a little, the abreviation MR what does that mean exactly? I hear you say “it’s just a title like Sir” I’m afraid not. It too is a reference to the legal entity, the fictional character sometimes referred to as the strawman. So if they force you into a court by sending you a legal document called a summons with your name printed on it all in Capital letters and lets say you arrive late and enter the court, the judge is on the bench, the case is called and you stand up and the judge asks you to step forward and you do and he then he asks you if you are the person called MR JOE BLOGGS and you say “Yes your honour” What have you just done? I hear you say “Nothing but agreed that was my name?” Well in a court you have moved from the LAWFUL jurisdiction to the LEGAL jurisdiction and there is a world of a difference as you will see. You are human, your made of flesh and blood and you are called Joe of the family of Bloggs but you also have a strawman, made not out of flesh and blood but a legal entity, a created fictional character, he’s like a little counter, something like the top hat or the racing car when you’re playing monopoly, you play the game but you move the counter around the board. He has a name too, it’s the same as your name but it’s ALWAYS WRITTEN IN CAPITALS AND IT ALWAYS HAS MR. MRS. OR MISS OR MS in front of it, before computers his name was BLOGS JOE, do you remember him now, he is your Fiction and he is the guy that deals with all your legal paperwork he’s the guy they sent the summons to, not you but they can’t get money out of a legal fiction so they have rules about getting control of you the human in their legal but not nessesary lawfull court, not a lawful court because this court is not going deal with the common law, killing or theft or fraud or even a breach of the peace, no this is a business court and it’s all about money so much so that the Oath is not in this court, It’s what we call a de facto court, it deals with facts, there is no jury only an arbitrator ajudge of somesort and that’s the guy on the bench and for him to arbitrate in your case he needs your consent but you don’t know that, you think it’s all just LAW when in fact there is no law in this court at all as we have defined common law, it’s a legal court but not nessesarily a lawful court and to get jurisdiction over you all the judge has to do is get you to do as you are told, much like the captain of a ship if he gives you an order and you follow it then you acknowledge that he’s in charge so when he asks you to step forward and you do you just moved from having lawful rights to having legal rights and there is a world of a difference. Then you agreed that MR JOE BLOGGS was your name and that joined you the human to the legal fiction, the strawman, it gave the judge what known as joinder so now whatever the judge decides happens to the strawman happens to you no matter whether that is money to be paid or a time in jail You've been conned! In conclusion there are two types of law, common law and statute law. Common law is the real law. Statutory Acts are rules passed by government that are only given the force of law by the consent of the governed. Which means that they are not law at all unless you either wittingly or unwittingly consent to them being law. So how does that help us with the CSA and CMEC. These are just commercial companies that use these acts to squeeze cash out of you.
