Last year the CSA were paid £3.7million IN BONUSES! The drive to achieve bonuses appears to be resulting in EXTORTION DEMANDS. The letter below was sent to a Non Resident Parent who as CSA agree is paying regular maintenance and also making regular payments to his arrears as agreed with CSA previously.
Is Jim Edgar the type of person we want to see working as a civil servant?
Not only is this a very threatening letter, tantamount to an extortion demand and designed to terrorise recipients into hasty decisions but greedy Jim also advocates payments by credit card which I'm sure you know carry massive interest payments and almost certainly could plunge any NRP that did take that option into abject poverty.
Jim maybe you could tell us how much you were paid in bonuses for threatening loving fathers that pay regularly and are struggling to pay arrears caused by your agencies incompetence?
Jim you're a disgrace and we find your threats and extortion demands repulsive.
To our MP's that allow this vile behaviour. How does it feel to be part of a government that endorses extortion demands in the pursuit of cash bonuses and all in the name of children?
